What is an Energy or Space Clearing session?
Every being and space has an energy field. Occasionally, through trauma or stressful situations, the energy field can become compromised, which can allow negative energy in. Sometimes this creates blockages that can manifest in various aspects of a person’s life and body.
During an Energy Clearing session, the practitioner will connect with the blockages in your energy field. They will call on your Guides, Guardians, and Spirit Team to assist them in moving the blockages and repairing the energy field. This can also be done for the home.
Some practitioners may use sound therapy, clairsentience, clairvoyance, crystals, mantras, or positive language as part of their process. Please note that each practitioner is a little different and will bring their own methods.
When should you get an Energy or Space Clearing session?
After your first session, it advised to use your own knowing and awareness as to when you need a to receive an energy clearing. Many people seek energy clearing when they are experiencing things such as:
- Mental health issues such as depression or anxiety
- Feeling stuck, like you can’t move forward
- Ungrounded or unbalance
- Have trouble making decisions
- Heavy grief
How to prepare for your Clearing session:
Prior to your appointment, you may want to take some time to determine the intention of your session. Find some quiet time to journal, think, or meditate on your needs. Be sure to share them with your practitioner as you go into the session.
It is advisable to refrain from any substances that can inebriate you (such as alcohol or caffeine). If you are feeling particularly ungrounded before a session, it may be a good idea to eat something high in protein.
If you are receiving an energy clearing for your home, please try to minimize the clutter so that the reader can move freely through the space.
