Our Covid-19 Response

As we continue to monitor the Covid-19 crisis and the recommended safety guidelines, we are suspending our in-store shopping by appointment until July 7th, 2020, at which time we will reassess the situation.  This is to maintain our customers' and staff's safety. 

We are continuing to expand our online offerings and are still providing both free shipping for domestic orders of $30+ and complementary curbside pick-up.  Please do not hesitate to call us for assistance, as we'll be happy to help intuitively shop for you from a distance.

We will continue to share new information as it arises, and thank you for your understanding in this unique time.

 

Updated Hours

Curbside pick-up hours are Mon - Sat 11:00 am - 5:30 pm and Sun 12:00 pm - 5:00 pm.
 
We are suspending In-store shopping appointments until July 7th, 2020, at which time we will reassess the situation. 

 

Curbside Pick-up 

When shopping online, you can now easily select "Pick up" as an option during the checkout process.  Once we receive your order and fulfill it, you will receive another email notifying you that your order is ready for pick-up.  In light of our new hours, if you place an order after 5:15 pm it will be fulfilled the following day.

Once you arrive at our location, please call us at 713.993.0550 to notify us.  We will then place your order on our designated "Curbside Pick-up Station" for you to securely pick-up.  If anything is wrong with your order, please call us before leaving our location as we are suspending all returns or exchanges once the product leaves our store premises.

If there is something you would like to purchase that is not available online, please give us a call and we can process an order over the phone using card information, since we have gone cashless for the time being.

 

In-Store Appointment Guidelines

Once In-Store Shopping appointments resume, these are our shopping safety guidelines.  We have suspended In-Store Shopping until July 7th, 2020.

  • Only three customers are allowed in the store per 30 min window.  We ask that customers complete their shopping in a timely manner within their designated 30 min time slot. 
  • Each booking appointment is for one individual.  If you are coming as a group, please book the appropriate number of slots, or call us for assistance.
  • Face masks must be worn at all times.
  • No children under the age of 12 are allowed in the store at this time. 
  • We request that all individuals use our provided hand sanitizer upon entry before handling any merchandise. 
  • Maintaining a six feet distance from other customers and staff is encouraged whenever able.
  • We kindly ask that if you or anyone you have been in contact with has shown symptoms in the past 14 days to refrain from making an appointment and utilize our curbside or shipping options instead.
  • We have gone cashless and are only accepting card payments for the time being.
  • We are suspending all returns or exchanges until further notice.

    Many of our readers and practitioners are conducting phone or Zoom sessions during this time, which can still be booked through our online system.
