If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.
Shipping costs are non refundable. Please note your credit will be less any shipping costs. Returned items are at your own expense. We are a small business and we thank you for your understanding.
If an address is incorrectly entered at checkout by the customer, Body Mind & Soul is not responsible for resending the order. If the package is returned to Body Mind & Soul by USPS, UPS, or FedEx, we will contact the customer for an updated address to reship.
If a package is lost or damaged in transit, it is the responsibility of the customer to request a claim via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Though we are very sorry your items didn't reach you, Body Mind & Soul is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or for damage incurred during shipping.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Open media, decks and beauty care cannot be returned or exchanged
- Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging, unused and in original condition.
- Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.
Classes and readings will only be refunded before 24 hours in advance of the time booked.
Jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving order.
The return total will be credited back to the original method of payment used during checkout, less the cost of shipping you paid on the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for Body Mind & Soul to receive and process your return. If you prefer to exchange your items, we will send a replacement as soon as the original item is received and processed.
Body Mind & Soul is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
This return policy is applicable for Body Mind & Soul online purchases only and does not apply to in-store purchases.

- Choose the product you wish to return
- indicate your preference between a 100% refund or exchange
2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email
3. Send all items back to us using the label provided
