Refund + exchanges

*We are suspending all returns and exchanges for the time being. We are doing this for the safety of the staff and our customers. We will start taking returns when the COVID pandemic is over.

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order for whatever reason, we're here to help! We offer free returns or exchanges within 90 days of receiving your order. You can return your product for a different product, or a refund to the original payment method.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

  • Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Open media cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Seasonal items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Custom orders are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
  • Returned items must have tags still on and be returned in original packaging
  • Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use

Classes and readings will only be refunded before 24 hours in advance of the time booked. 

Jewelry can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of receiving order. 

 

Follow these steps to initiate our refund policy:

1. Email info@bmshouston.com and include the following information

- First and last name

- Order number

- Choose the product you wish to return

- indicate your preference between a 100% refund or exchange

2. Print your prepaid shipping label that you will receive by email

3. Send all items back to us using the label provided

 

Note: Your bank may take up to 10 days to process your refund.
