In the last few decades the labyrinth has resurfaced as one of the fastest growing trends in mindfulness. Come and explore this sacred archetype that has existed for thousands of years and see how it can transcend your modern mind.
You will learn:

- How to create your own mobile finger labyrinth
- Where to find labyrinths all over the world
This workshop will provide a basic foundation to enjoying labyrinths as well as your own finger mobile labyrinth to recreate and walk anytime. All supplies for the finger labyrinth will be supplied for you.
Jennifer Egenolf, a member of The Labyrinth Society, attended Veriditas Summer School in 2015 to deepen her knowledge of labyrinths and pursue her Labyrinth Facilitator Certification, which was awarded in the spring of 2016. While learning how to design and build labyrinths at Veriditas, she discovered her true passion, and has been working and building labyrinths ever since.
In addition to her love of labyrinths, she is an Advanced Reiki Practitioner, loves to travel and garden. She has lived in Houston, Texas for more than twenty years where she has worked as a marketing professional and raised her two children.
