In this workshop, Melanie will guide you in learning about the different archetypes of animal spirits, their meanings and how to interpret your experience with them. In this class you will learn:

Please bring water, something cushy to lie on, pen/paper to record your journey
Melanie Comegys is a E-RYT 500 yoga teacher. Her love of animals and nature have led her to this type of meditation. Seeking out guidance from the animal spirit world has always interested her. She has been providing this guided meditation to public classes and private sessions since 2013.
Melanie has been practicing yoga since 1999 and teaching yoga since 2012. She is a Reiki healer under the Usui Shiki Ryoho tradition. Owner and Program Director of Tex Sun Yoga School, a registered 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training program with Yoga Alliance. Teaching adults since 1993 as a Head Trainer in the corporate world, she has used her corporate training skills to create the curriculum for Tex Sun Yoga School 200 HR Teacher Training. Through an intelligent and structured approach, she brings adult education in yoga to a new level. She teaches yoga and meditation at several locations through out the city of Houston, Pearland and Sugarland, TX.
