HOW TO BECOME CERTIFIED BY THE NATIONAL WILDLIFE FEDERATION AS A BACKYARD HABITAT with Selia Qynn
Please join Selia Qynn as she shares how simple it is to have your own certified backyard habitat – even if you only have a balcony. Topics will include native plants, migratory wildlife, and how to attract them to your space. This will be a walking tour of the property to illustrate how wilderness can be brought into a garden setting and still look well kept. Bees will also be addressed, specifically how to encourage healthy bees by eliminating the use of pesticides.
GINGER MCCORD will talk about the influences of this month's moon on our earth and fellow earthlings.
Do you have a special dish you would like to share? While bringing something to eat is optional, we would like this to be a community event with lot's of love, sharing and good food.
