Journey Within … through Breath and Meditation, into the inner landscapes of conscious awareness.  Inside… beneath the surface, beneath the senses; there are doorways and openings into the Self where you will find quiet stillness, peace, joy, steadiness and ease … and the ability to BE the calm in your heart … and to be and experience a present awareness in all of the moments of your life.

This workshop will include:

  • Simple Breathing Practices (Pranayama) that you can use every day, to center, calm, revitalize and restore you.
  • Specific meditation practices and techniques to create a direct experience of your own calm, clear awareness – beyond the thoughts, stories and reactions to external circumstances.
  •  Discover the quiet stillness, peace, joy, steadiness and ease – all hidden in plain sight – right inside of you!

Please bring a cushion or blanket to sit on to make you comfortable for meditation and breath work, and a dedicated journal for your notes and insights.

No previous experience necessary.  Early Registration is highly recommended as space is limited.  Reserve your space now!
