Do you have long-term spiritual practices like meditation, prayer, yoga, dance, martial arts, body-work, or energy healing?

But do you still struggle with:

  • worry if you can be safe in this world;
  • worry how things are going to work out;
  • bouts of confusion;
  • bouts of self-doubt;
  • wondering “Who am I really;”
  • fear of dying without living your Soul’s Purpose?

If you suffer from one or more of these stresses, it’s because you simply haven’t been shown how to access your dormant; yet already, always present mystical skills.

In this class, learn:

  • how to access the infinite, eternal, and blissful states of Being…at will
  • how to meditate like a monk in one hour (or less)
  • The community of “parts” that live within your own head and body
  • The parts that focus on surviving; the parts that focus on thriving; and the parts that are already, always enlightened
  • how to return to your Center (2nd chakra, hara, or dan t’ien) with intention
  • A map for fully living your Soul’s Purpose

You will leave this class with the felt experience and body memory of your own higher Mystical-Self. And with resources on how you can, with practice, access these mystical states to heal your life…and live into your Soul’s Purpose.
