Journey Within... A Single Meditation with Raye Lynn Rath-Rondeau
Meditation is the journey inward; into the inner landscapes of conscious awareness. In this class you will learn how to drop down beneath the surface, beneath thoughts and sensation to discover the doorways and openings that lead you to discover your own deeper experience of the Self.
You will learn:
- What meditation really is
- Specific meditation practices (2 – 3 different practices taught each week) to create a direct experience of your own awareness – beyond the thoughts, stories and reactions to external circumstances.
- Discover stillness, peace, joy, steadiness and ease - all hidden in plain sight – right inside of you.
- Experience the ability to BE the calm in your heart … and to be and experience present awareness in all of the moments of your life.
No previous experience necessary. A blanket or cushion to sit on is recommended.
Although you may attend any single class all by itself, this series is progressive and each class builds upon the last. The Meditation Series is also a perfect lead-in for the Yoga Nidra Class that follows on July 29th.
Attend all 3 of the Meditation Series classes for $75 or individual classes for $30/class. Please bring a cushion or folded blankets to sit if you prefer to sit on the floor. We will also have chairs available.
