Creating an Aligned Life

With all the talk these days about manifestation, it’s evident that many of us are eager to build better, more enjoyable lives for ourselves. Yet what if we told you that you don’t need to spend energy “manifesting” material things, but instead you can simply start to exist in a reality where all the pieces of your life are already beautifully aligned?

Join us as we guide you through the process of identifying and allowing your most aligned reality to come into being. Within this three-hour intensive workshop, you will be given all the tools you need to start creating a reality that you’ll enjoy and guidance on how to continue to do so from here on out.

We’ll be utilizing both spiritually and scientifically informed methods, covering everything from affirmations to neuroplasticity, and we’ll together enjoy expansive meditations and a group energy healing experience in order to anchor what we’re learning into our subconscious minds.

Our main goal will be awakening you to the truth of just how powerful you already are, perfectly capable of creating more of what you wish to see in your reality.

In this workshop, we will:

• Explore what reality creation is and how it works

• Debunk some manifestation myths and get clear on what an aligned reality might actually look like

• Provide space & guidance on setting your own intentions for the best reality creation outcomes

• Discuss ways to reinforce your desired reality with visualizations, ritual, affirmations, & more

• Lead multiple group meditation experiences within class to enhance your reality creation process

• Provide a group healing to remove limiting beliefs and create an ideal state of allowing

• Have plenty of discussion opportunities and Q&A time to work out any specific questions or concerns
