This class is part of an ongoing 12-week series that meets twice monthly (1st & 3rd Thursdays).

Classes may be taken individually or as part of the full series.

In this session, you will spend time connecting with:

  • your guides
  • your guardian angel
  • the mighty archangels (and more!)

In the practice portion of this session, you will engage in meditation and joint intuitive readings to support you in cultivating your connection to your Light Beings, the Mighty Archangels, and others.

Leave this class feeling grounded in the love and support of your Light Beings — and more confident in receiving guidance from them!

Empath School: Your Journey to Wholeness

Are you a sensitive person seemingly trapped in a harsh world that leaves you feeling ungrounded, drained of energy, soaking up other people's feelings, as though you are constantly fighting off 'negative' energies & as though you give very generously only to receive little in return? 

Then join us for Empath School & learn to embrace who you are as an empath & the work you came to do!

Empath School is a 12-part series designed to offer Empaths foundational, progressive knowledge and experiences meant to enhance your understanding of yourself as an energetically sensitive person.

Students will also engage in study and practices that support personal and spiritual growth.

In this series, you’ll learn:

• What it means to be an empath and your value as one

• The power of the auric field and how it serves as your energetic boundary

• What subtle energy is and how to work with it & clear it when necessary

• How the heart center is key to spiritual alignment and to finding peace

• About the soul & spirit

• How to connect with your spiritual guidance and intuition

• How healing the heart, mind, and soul is part of the spiritual journey

• What it means to develop and follow a spiritual practice

• How to connect with your Light Being Council

• How to identify and work with your spiritual gifts, and connect with your divine service

Please bring:

  • Paper and a pen
  • Water or a beverage in a closed container

Attendance will be limited to 12 participants.

Kristina is a psychic medium, energy shifter and Advanced Reiki practitioner who works with people, pets and spaces. Kristina connects with Divine guidance, primarily through intuition, clairvoyance, and clairsentience, to support you in healing and getting answers on your pathway to wholeness and peace. Kristina connects with your angels and guides to clear your energy field or your space of stuck and negative energy, and other influences. Kristina brings in support and guidance from your light beings if you struggle with your energetic boundaries, connecting with Spirit, understanding your life’s calling, or with other life issues.


In 2019, Kristina completed an apprenticeship with well-known psychic and metaphysical teacher, Cyndi Dale. Prior to her work as a psychic and energy shifter, Kristina spent many years working in the field of non-profit in the areas of crisis, suicide and gun violence prevention. She sees clients virtually and in-person & is an instructor at Body Mind and Soul. Kristina is committed to guiding humans and animals toward a peaceful and loving coexistence with each other and the planet.

If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 24 hours before the workshop begins. Failure to cancel a workshop registration will result in a full charge for the missed class. Our workshops often sell out and this policy allows others to enjoy our classes.

All our classes are considered to be open to age 18 and up, though specific classes may have a lower age limit set.  If a lower age limit is allowed in a class, then a minor may attend but still requires an adult guardian to be present. 

If your class is online, then you should receive a Zoom link via email after registration. If you do not receive an email within 48 hrs of your class, please check your Spam folders and then contact us so we can get your class information to you.
