Classes may be taken individually or as a part of the full journey.

Empath School: Your Journey to Wholeness

Empath School is designed to offer students progressive, foundational experiences and practical training in the energetic and spiritual body—plus practices that support personal and spiritual growth.

In this series, you’ll learn:

  • What it means to be an empath and your value as one
  • The power of the auric field and how it serves as your energetic boundary
  • What subtle energy is and how to work with it
  • How the heart center supports spiritual alignment and inner peace
  • How to connect with your spiritual guidance and intuition
  • How healing the heart, mind, and soul is part of the spiritual journey
  • What it means to develop and follow a spiritual practice
  • How to connect with your Light Being Council
  • How to identify your spiritual gifts and your service to the Divine

Section III: Spirit is Calling

Week 1 : Spirit Calls us to Heal

Do you feel stuck in your life, as though you keep living the same patterns over and over again?

Are you concerned that the wounds you’ve suffered are still affecting you? Do you wish to live a life filled with ease and flow? Then this class is for YOU!

In this session, we will explore:

  • The spiritual contract
  • Our obligation to the Divine to do our healing work
  • Our original signature
  • The energetics of healing trauma

In the practice portion, you’ll engage in meditations and practices designed to:

  • Support your energetic healing
  • Encourage relational healing
  • Aid in healing the mind and body

Leave this class with practical tools to help release patterns and wounds in the energy field—freeing you to live with greater joy and ease.

Please bring:

  • Paper and a pen
  • Water or a beverage in a closed container

Attendance will be limited to 12 participants.

Kristina is a psychic medium, energy shifter and Advanced Reiki practitioner who works with people, pets and spaces. Kristina connects with Divine guidance, primarily through intuition, clairvoyance, and clairsentience, to support you in healing and getting answers on your pathway to wholeness and peace. Kristina connects with your angels and guides to clear your energy field or your space of stuck and negative energy, and other influences. Kristina brings in support and guidance from your light beings if you struggle with your energetic boundaries, connecting with Spirit, understanding your life’s calling, or with other life issues.


In 2019, Kristina completed an apprenticeship with well-known psychic and metaphysical teacher, Cyndi Dale. Prior to her work as a psychic and energy shifter, Kristina spent many years working in the field of non-profit in the areas of crisis, suicide and gun violence prevention. She sees clients virtually and in-person & is an instructor at Body Mind and Soul. Kristina is committed to guiding humans and animals toward a peaceful and loving coexistence with each other and the planet.

If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 24 hours before the workshop begins. Failure to cancel a workshop registration will result in a full charge for the missed class. Our workshops often sell out and this policy allows others to enjoy our classes.

All our classes are considered to be open to age 18 and up, though specific classes may have a lower age limit set.  If a lower age limit is allowed in a class, then a minor may attend but still requires an adult guardian to be present. 

If your class is online, then you should receive a Zoom link via email after registration. If you do not receive an email within 48 hrs of your class, please check your Spam folders and then contact us so we can get your class information to you.
