Deity connection classes will help us better understand the different lore following spiritual beings, gods, goddesses, how we can possibly work with them and how we are already impacted and connected with them.
Welcome to a condensed exploration of Medusa where mythology meets practical application in your day to day. Throughout this intensive class, we will delve into the mythological origins of Medusa, her symbolism as a potent archetype of transformation and protection, and her portrayal. You will learn how to harness Medusa’s energy for personal growth through shadow work exercises, create a Medusa-themed protective altar, and conduct empowering rituals. This course offers a unique blend of ancient wisdom and practical techniques aimed at fostering spiritual development, confronting inner shadows, and invoking Medusa’s protective powers for daily life. Medusa, one of the most intriguing figures from Greek mythology whose story has captivated imaginations for centuries. In this course, we will delve into the multifaceted layers of Medusa’s myth, her symbolism, and her enduring influence. We will talk about the origins of Medusa’s myth, tracing her transformation from a beautiful maiden to a monstrous Gorgon cursed by the gods. We will analyze the rich symbolism embodied by Medusa, including themes of transformation, female power, sexuality, fear, etc. We will discuss Medusa’s myth, reflecting on issues of identity, acceptance, and the complexities of human nature as depicted through mythology.
In this class we will:
- Go over a slide show and handout of Medusa's lore and symbolism
- Discuss her influence in society, how to connect with her through shadow work and a ritual suited to call upon her
- Look over a premade altar in class on items that symbolize her
- Explore crystal connections with Medusa - and you'll receive a pre-charged crystal from her altar to take home!
Join this class and many others to create your personal connections to theses gods and goddesses while expanding your knowledge and having some hands on experience in creating these connections at the same time
Note: No prerequisites are required. This class is designed for anyone interested in mythology, spirituality, and personal growth.
WARNING: We will be going over both stories of Medusa, one that includes the topic of sexual assault that may be uncomfortable for some. Caution is advised as I do not wish to trigger or harm anyone's state of mind.
Please bring pen and paper if you wish to take notes, and water for hydration.

Ginger's metaphysical journey began young, inspired by her ancestral connections and a love for the macabre. She delights in blending old-world crafts with modern practices. Since 2019, she’s been an active part of the Body Mind and Soul community. Fascinated by crystals and their metaphysical properties, she believes they amplify energy and promote inner balance. Her teachings and personal work explore connections to the earth, the fae, and higher beings. Ginger’s classes are mostly hands-on, she believes true understanding comes through physical experience and active learning, bringing magic to life in a tangible, grounded, and accessible way for others.

If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 24 hours before the workshop begins. Failure to cancel a workshop registration will result in a full charge for the missed class. Our workshops often sell out and this policy allows others to enjoy our classes.
All our classes are considered to be open to age 18 and up, though specific classes may have a lower age limit set. If a lower age limit is allowed in a class, then a minor may attend but still requires an adult guardian to be present.
If your class is online, then you should receive a Zoom link via email after registration. If you do not receive an email within 48 hrs of your class, please check your Spam folders and then contact us so we can get your class information to you.
