Regular price $40.00

CANCELLED

Friday, October 10

1:00 pm - 3:00 pm

In-Person at Body Mind & Soul

During this class each participant will create self made simmer pot jars and learn the ways to incorporate them in your home life.

In this class you'll receive:

  • history of simmer pots and their different uses
  • jar & ingredients to make your own simmer pot
  • time to set your manifestation and instructions on using your simmer pot for wish setting
  • small pamphlet on the ingredients & their properties and at-home simmer instructions

We'll have a table full of the different ingredients from which you can fill your own jars to fill as you please - there are no right or wrong ingredients in a simmer pot as well as no specific measurements, so you pick with your gut and measure with your heart!

This is a great class to do with a group, a friend or for some self reflection time. Light reminder that we will be working with many different ingredients with different scents. They will be in containers but small caution to anyone with sensitivity to smells.

All simmer pot jar supplies will be provided. You are welcome to bring a notebook and writing utensil, and a beverage in a closed container for hydration, if you so chose.

This listing is for in-person participation at Body Mind & Soul's physical location. Attendance will be limited to 10 participants.
