What type of gift card should I get?
That depends! Our online gift card & our in-store gift card can be used for different types of shopping.
Online gift cards are delivered by email and use a unique code to be applied during checkout on our online store. These gift cards are only good for online use and cannot be used at our physical location. These gift cards cannot be used for booking readings or sessions, but they can be used for purchasing events.
In-store gift cards are physical gift cards. If you choose shipping, we will mail the gift card to the listed recipient address. If you choose local pick-up, we will hold the gift card at our store and it will be available for pick up by you or your recipient. In-store shopping gift cards cannot be used for online shopping. They are only good for in-store or by phone shopping at our physical location in Houston, TX. They can be used for in-store readings or sessions.
How do I check my balance?
For online gifts cards, you can simply enter the code during checkout to see if a balance remains, or you can check your balance from within your account if you've created one. Or you can call us during business hours and an associate can check our online system for you.
For in-store gift cards, you can visit our storefront or call us during business hours to have an associate check your card's balance for you.
