Trying to get a meaningful gift for my partner. Called ahead to see if they had tigers eye. Seemed friendly on the phone but when i arrived i was all but completely ignored. When i found what i thought i was looking for i approached the registered to ask if they provided a wrapping service for a necklace for the stone i selected. She informed me they don’t (which is fine) but she barely even looked at me and acted as if she couldn’t be bothered and as soon as she answered my question walked away looking in her phone like i was never there. So…cheers to my first experience in a crystal shop. Won’t be back.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
