The heART of Sacred Self-Care with Sarah Gish

$45.00

Saturday, December 28
1:00 pm - 2:30 pm

In-Person at Body Mind & Soul

Start the year with sacred self-care!

The holidays are almost over, and the new year is upon us. Perhaps you are exhausted, or maybe you're exhilarated. It's time to step back from the frenzy and take your own temperature to see where you want to go in 2025.

The place to begin is getting into a routine of SACRED SELF-CARE, caring for yourself with intention. We will spend time considering ways to nurture ourselves and ways to create self-care habits, using Sarah's "12 Ways to Ignite Your Life Daily" as a guide (www.IgniteYourOwnLife.com).

There will be sharing time and writing time. And art supplies will be provided to create a personal self-care mantra and as a conduit for reaching into your heart.

This time is about relaxing into a calm, present, and joyful you!

Please bring a notebook and writing utensil if you wish, and water in a closed container for hydration.

This listing is for in-person participation at Body Mind & Soul's physical location. Attendance will be limited to 12 participants.

Sarah Gish is a writer and artist who has a passion for igniting lives and creating connections while inspiring creativity in everyone. She offers IGNITE! Sessions at the store on Mondays, which is a time for focused passion-finding that ends with a personal mantra she writes for clients that sums up what was discovered in the session.

Sarah has an art project called IGNITE YOUR LIFE! (www.IgniteYourOwnLife.com) which has “12 Ways to Ignite Your Life Daily” – the 3rd Way to ignite your life is “Meditate each morning (MEDITATE).” Her daily meditation practice has enriched her life and helped her focus on her intentions. Sarah teaches art to adults and children and drives her 6th art car, IGGY the Igniter, every day. She also writes a weekly blog about arts & culture in Houston – GISH PICKS: CURATED CULTURE FOR KIDS & ADULTS. She firmly believes that living from your heart is the way to make your dreams come true.

General Class Information

If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 24 hours before the workshop begins. Failure to cancel a workshop registration will result in a full charge for the missed class. Our workshops often sell out and this policy allows others to enjoy our classes.

All our classes are considered to be open to age 18 and up, though specific classes may have a lower age limit set.  If a lower age limit is allowed in a class, then a minor may attend but still requires an adult guardian to be present.

If your class is online, then you should receive a Zoom link via email after registration. If you do not receive an email within 48 hrs of your class, please check your Spam folders and then contact us so we can get your class information to you.
