Meet Kristina Woods
Kristina Woods is an energetic intuitive who connects her intuition and guidance from Spirit to clear a person’s energy field of negative patterns. These are issues that allow an individual to feel stuck, lost, in turmoil, or struggling in career or relationships. Clearing the energy field can increase the quality and flow of life.
Kristina has a special focus on working with and supporting those who consider themselves to be Empaths or Sensitives (those who experience the feelings of others); and those who seek to better understand themselves, their energy and gifts; and those that wish to strengthen their energetic boundaries.
Her Spirit Release Sessions connect with lost souls and help to cross them into the Light with the help of the Archangels. These sessions are helpful for people who struggle with challenges they don’t understand and did not create (think of a black cloud). It is also helpful for those who are troubled by the effects of earthbound spirits in their space. Kristina is available for on-site space clearings by request.
Kristina is an Advanced Reiki and Qigong Practitioner who offers energetic healing sessions that combine these energetic healing practices to help reduce stress and bring a person’s energy into balance. She teaches a variety of classes at Body Mind & Soul including an Empath School series for those wanting to better understand and embrace themselves as Empaths. She comes to her work with the heart of a spiritual activist and an open-hearted energy that is intentionally intersectional and radically inclusive.
After losing a sibling to suicide, she spent time working in crisis intervention, along with suicide and gun violence prevention. This experience enhanced her empathic gifts to support others. In 2019, she apprenticed with internationally-known energetic healer and holistic intuitive counselor, Cyndi Dale.
Kristina is also available to work with children and pets.

Rediscover your own light with this Japanese practice that promotes mind/body/spirit well-being. This session starts with supporting you in setting an intention for the session, followed by light touches on your head, chest, abdomen, hips, shoulders and back to enhance the universal energy within you. Experience a non-invasive massage to relax and recharge and create alignment around your intention.
