11/11 Gong Activation: 1111 Portal with Soufiane Sattva
In-Person at Body Mind & Soul
Activate and deep clean your frequency with an extended gong sound bath for the 1111 Portal!
This energetic portal is deeply connected to the energy of the teacher number 11, signifying higher realms and spiritual awakening, and can also represent coming into alignment with your higher self. The 11/11 gateway is considered an opportunity for spiritual new beginnings and multi-dimensional communication.
This 30 min gong intensive sound healing experience uses the power of sound to restore one’s mind and body back to a state of balance. Gongs have been used in shamanic traditions around the world to incite a calming and at times trance-like state to aid in meditation and healing. The sounds act as a focal point, reducing and eliminating mind chatter, leading to a release of deep-rooted tensions and emotional blocks.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- An eye mask is recommended (a bandana or scarf work well also)
- A blanket, pillow, or eye pillow if so desired (optional)
- A bottle of water for hydration
- Notepad for journaling (optional)
You will leave this experience with a re-aligned and activated energetic frequency.
Please note: This is a thirty-minute healing experience. The sound bath will begin promptly at 11:11am.
Arrive early and get settled, as we cannot let participants in after the experience has started. We want everyone to have the deepest relaxation possible.
This listing is for in-person participation at Body Mind & Soul's physical location. Attendance will be limited to 11 participants.
