Join Soufiane Sattva for an immersive Gong Bath Activation designed to work with the energy of 9/9 through intention, vibration, and deep listening.
We will begin by setting an intention around something you are ready to complete, resolve, or release. From there, the resonant frequencies of the gong will guide you into a meditative soundscape where the mind can soften, the body can settle, and space can open for clarity and renewal.
With September carrying the grounded, discerning qualities traditionally associated with Virgo season, this activation also invites you to consider the structures, practices, and choices that can support the next chapter of your journey.
The intention of this experience is simple:
Release what is complete.
Honor what brought you here.
Create space for what comes next.
No previous meditation or sound healing experience is necessary.
Simply arrive with an open mind, a comfortable place to rest, and an intention for what you are ready to bring to completion.
Please bring:
- A yoga mat or something comfortable to lie on
- An eye mask is recommended (a bandana or scarf work well also)
- A blanket, pillow, or eye pillow if so desired (optional)
- A bottle of water for hydration
- Notepad for journaling (optional)
You will leave this experience with a re-aligned and activated energetic frequency.
Please note: This is a thirty-minute healing experience. Arrive 15 minutes early and get settled, as we cannot let participants in after the experience has started. We want everyone to have the deepest relaxation possible.
This listing is for in-person participation at Body Mind & Soul's physical location. Attendance will be limited to 12 participants.
Soufiane Sattva is a Certified Crystal Healer and Second-Degree Reiki practitioner. He uses his knowledge of vibrational healing to clear and balance your chakras (nonphysical energy vortexes along the spinal column.) After spending many years as a musician and music producer, he has also had training in chakra healing with Sound Gongs.
General Class Information
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 24 hours before the workshop begins. Failure to cancel a workshop registration will result in a full charge for the missed class. Our workshops often sell out and this policy allows others to enjoy our classes.
All our classes are considered to be open to age 18 and up, though specific classes may have a lower age limit set. If a lower age limit is allowed in a class, then a minor may attend but still requires an adult guardian to be present.
If your class is online, then you should receive a Zoom link via email after registration. If you do not receive an email within 48 hrs of your class, please check your Spam folders and then contact us so we can get your class information to you.
