Journey Within … through breath and meditation, into that place inside of you that exists beneath all the static and the noise, beneath the mind, beneath the thoughts and all of the internal chatter, dialogue and commentary. Journey within, where you will find and experience calm, clarity … peace … quiet stillness … steadiness and ease … all right inside of you.
This Workshop will include:
- Simple Breathing Practices (Pranayama) that you can use every day, to center, calm, revitalize and restore you.

Specific meditation practices and techniques that you can use every day to reduce stress and lower your blood pressure, and to create a consistent and direct experience of what it feels like to be in your center . . . your place of calm, clarity, peace, and quiet stillness that lives inside of you . . . beyond all of the thoughts, stories and reactions to external circumstances. This is your sanctuary, your place of refuge and where you can be the calm in any storm or situation.

Yoga Nidra: The Sublime Meditation - Yoga Nidra is a fully guided meditation done lying comfortably on the floor. Using seemingly active body, breath, and awareness techniques, designed to give you access to a non-doing state of being; removing mental and emotional disturbances and taking you into a deeply profound state of peace and deep rest.
In Yoga Nidra, we put the body in an optimal environment to rest, release and restore. We give the body and its systems - including the immune and nervous systems, an opportunity to reset and return to balance and wholeness. The result is a highly regenerative state where the energy normally burned by the mind is fully freed to heal and restore the body. This healing energy of the body, freed from the mind, can also become a spiritual force, unlocking inner guidance, knowing and insight into your true nature.
Join Raye Lynn Rath-Rondeau for a special Meditation Workshop. With over 30 years of teaching and a lifetime of practice, Raye Lynn is known as a master yoga and meditation instructor, yoga nidra facilitator and teacher trainer.
Please bring a cushion or blanket to sit on to make you comfortable for meditation and breath work, a mat, 2 blankets, and a flat pillow for yoga nidra and a dedicated journal for your notes and insights.
No previous experience necessary.

In some circles, Raye Lynn is known as “the teacher’s teacher.” Through her teaching of yoga and meditation combined with her psychic, intuitive and healing abilities she has helped and guided many people through big life changes and challenges for over 30 years.
General Class Information
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 24 hours before the workshop begins. Failure to cancel a workshop registration will result in a full charge for the missed class. Our workshops often sell out and this policy allows others to enjoy our classes.
All our classes are considered to be open to age 18 and up, though specific classes may have a lower age limit set. If a lower age limit is allowed in a class, then a minor may attend but still requires an adult guardian to be present.
If your class is online, then you should receive a Zoom link via email after registration. If you do not receive an email within 48 hrs of your class, please check your Spam folders and then contact us so we can get your class information to you.
