Learn all about altars!

Altars serve as powerful tools for personal growth, spiritual connection, and ritual practice. In this class, we will explore the art of creating altars as sacred spaces for self-discovery, reflection, and manifestation.

Through a blend of theory, hands-on practice, and group discussion, participants will learn how to design and consecrate altars that resonate with their intentions, beliefs, and spiritual paths.

In this class we will go over:

  • the historical and cultural significance of altars across different religious and spiritual traditions
  • the symbolism and meaning behind altar elements such as candles, crystals, symbols, and sacred objects
  • practical techniques for selecting altar locations, arranging items, and maintaining energetic balance

This course is ideal for individuals interested in exploring spirituality, personal development, and ritual practices in a supportive and inclusive environment! Also great for anyone who took Ginger's previous class "Self-Discovery Ritual: Creating a Quiet Place to Find Yourself" and wanted to dive more into the altar portion that can partner with rituals.

Please bring a notebook and writing utensil, and a beverage in a closed container for hydration, if you so chose.

This listing is for in-person participation at Body Mind & Soul's physical location. Attendance will be limited to 12 participants.

Ginger's metaphysical journey began young, inspired by her ancestral connections and a love for the macabre. She delights in blending old-world crafts with modern practices. Since 2019, she’s been an active part of the Body Mind and Soul community. Fascinated by crystals and their metaphysical properties, she believes they amplify energy and promote inner balance. Her teachings and personal work explore connections to the earth, the fae, and higher beings. Ginger’s classes are mostly hands-on, she believes true understanding comes through physical experience and active learning, bringing magic to life in a tangible, grounded, and accessible way for others.
