Join us for a transformative journey into the ancient and universal world of symbols, inspired by Angeles Arrien’s groundbreaking book Signs of Life. Together, we’ll explore the five universal shapes and uncover how they reflect your personal story, inner strengths, and life path.
Through reflection, creative exercises, discussion, and guided exploration, you’ll learn how these timeless symbols appear in art, nature, dreams, and everyday life—and how they can guide you toward greater self-understanding and spiritual growth.

No previous experience with symbolism or art needed—just an open heart and a spirit of curiosity!

To participate, please bring:
- Paper and a pen or pencil for note-taking and creative expression
- Water to stay refreshed and hydrated on our journey of self-discovery.

Beth has been practicing Reiki since 2012. After witnessing the impact that Reiki had on her life, and the lives of those around her, she knew she wanted to share this simple yet powerful healing practice with others. Beth apprenticed with Reiki Alliance Master Melanie Harrell to become a Reiki Master.
With a background in working in science labs, Beth has spent 8 years teaching science to middle school and high school students. Exploring topics from the world around us, ranging from Earth Science to the Science of Happiness. Beth is passionate about exploring the intersection of science and spirituality, and how our lives can be enriched and transformed through fostering an understanding of this intersection. In addition to teaching Reiki, Beth offers Reiki healing sessions in the Cypress area, dedicated to fostering holistic wellness and inner harmony.
General Class Information
If you need to cancel your workshop registration, please notify us 24 hours before the workshop begins. Failure to cancel a workshop registration will result in a full charge for the missed class. Our workshops often sell out and this policy allows others to enjoy our classes.
All our classes are considered to be open to age 18 and up, though specific classes may have a lower age limit set. If a lower age limit is allowed in a class, then a minor may attend but still requires an adult guardian to be present.
If your class is online, then you should receive a Zoom link via email after registration. If you do not receive an email within 48 hrs of your class, please check your Spam folders and then contact us so we can get your class information to you.
