In-Person at Body Mind & Soul

Do you feel stuck, overrun by your emotions and thoughts, or feel out of balance? If so, it’s time to clear and transform your energy. Join us for an afternoon of learning the simple, yet life-changing practice of Emotional Freedom Tapping.

This body/mind self-help method has the power to restore your energy, reduce anxiety, and alter your emotional reality by clearing the body’s energy systems. EFT combines gentle tapping touch with mindful and vocal attention to your feelings by applying the energy principles of Chinese acupuncture and modern psychology.

Within just a few rounds of the tapping pattern, people report feeling lighter, emotionally rebalanced, less anxious, and find release from that “stuck” feeling and negative emotions.

In this time together, you will learn the principles of tapping, understanding your median lines, how to identify where the stuck feelings are and how to use EFT in your daily life, be guided into setting up your energy practice, and learn how to explore and connect with yourself on the mental, emotional, spiritual, and physical levels. This is body, mind, and soul balancing.

Bring your own water/beverage in a closed container, and paper/writing utensil for personal note taking.

This listing is for in-person participation at Body Mind & Soul's physical location. Attendance will be limited to 20 participants.
