White Sage Wand

These little smudge wands are made from 100% California white sage (Salvia apiana). For centuries, white sage has been used ceremonially as a sacred, cleansing, and protective medicine plant by Native Americans. Burning a sage stick  and using the smoke is believed to ward off evils spirits and clear negative energy, as well as clear and purify space and people, seek blessings of health and prosperity, and encourage protection. 

We also recommend using Smudge in Spray Mist as a liquid alternative to smudge your space. Smudge in Spray Mist replaces the smoky, burning smudge stick and can be used in all environments including airplanes, hospitals, and offices.
