The moon goes full on Tuesday August 1 in the airy sign of Aquarius at 1:32pm CST. Full moons occur every month when the sun and moon are in opposite signs at the exact same degree. For this particular full moon the sun will be a 9 degrees Leo while the moon will be in the opposite sign of Aquarius at 9 degrees. Full moons can bring situations to completion and they can cast light on what was previously hidden. The word lunacy comes from the word lunar which refers to the moon.
