A New Moon Bath grounds the spirit and inspires refection!

This New Moon Bath Tea is deeply calming to the mind and gently uplifting to the spirit. Steep 1/2 content of jar in a French Press (or pot of hot water) and strain into tub. Boiling water is needed to extract medicinal properties from the botanicals.

The New Moon is a time of rebirth and renewal, calling upon us to tune inward and take rest. Immersed in a scent like a field of lavender and chamomile, this New Moon Bath Tea is deeply calming, soothing and uplifting to the spirit.

According to Ayurveda, the air and ether element, known as vata, is dominant during the New Moon, evoking a cool and wavering energy. This Bath Tea balances the New Moon’s energy with a combination of grounding and warming botanicals — it invites us to take comfort in the void, as this is the open space in which we plant the seeds of new intentions.
