Spiritual Hygiene Basics: Intuition & Divine Guidance with Leslie Slade

Walking the spiritual path is an exciting and thrilling adventure, but all spiritual travelers need to master some basic tools to keep themselves healthy throughout their growth process.  In this Spiritual Hygiene Basics series, we'll explore various supportive practices to keep you aligned and balanced, and to lay the foundation for your next stage of spiritual advancement.  Each class will include a lesson, group discussion, and integration activity.

December's Topic: Trusting Intuition & Divine Guidance

Can we really trust what happens when we jump into the deep end of our spiritual journeys? A healthy spiritual practitioner must learn how to use discernment when the extra-sensory experiences of guide communication, spiritual messages, and intuitive knowings begin to become a regular aspect of our daily lives.  We'll explore how to identify safe and expansive ways of moving through these spiritual encounters so they can become a source of wisdom and guidance, instead of fear, mistrust, or overwhelm.

Our ability to receive and trust spiritual contact, be it through meditation, dreams, or mystical experiences, requires a healthy Third Eye Chakra and the ability to hold a more magical perspective of our reality as expressed in the sixth circuit of the 8-Circuit model - we'll explore these associations and more together.

In this class, we’ll:

• Discuss what healthy spirit contact looks like and how we can come to better trust and evoke these experiences.
• Experience an integration meditation using hypnotic techniques to strengthen your third eye chakra and intuitive capabilities.
• Gather with other spiritual explorers to deepen and grow our spiritual journeys within community through discussion and support.

This class is for spiritual beginners and experts alike!  No previous knowledge is necessary, and all are welcome.

Please bring a yoga mat, a meditation cushion or pillow, a blanket, and an eye mask, as we'll be seated on the floor for class and then experiencing a meditation together. Chairs will be available for those who'd prefer them.  Please also bring a journal and writing utensil, and water in a closed container for hydration.

Leslie is an intuitive psychic & medium, energy worker, and hypnotist.  She is a spiritual explorer eager to guide others on their own energetic journeys and be of assistance in awakening others to their soul’s mission.

She received her hypnosis training from author Shauna Cummins' "Divine Feminine School of Hypnosis," and is an Advanced Reiki, 13th Octave LaHoChi, and Earth Evolution Reiki attuned energy practitioner.  She is currently a student of international psychic medium Tony Stockwell and has received training through the Spiritualist's National Union and Arthur Findlay College.

She is extremely fascinated by the intersection of the spiritual world and our daily lives, and her work seeks to shorten the gap between those two realities.
